Zelio current and voltage measurement relays are designed to detect when preset thresholds are exceeded, on AC or DC supply. These devices are ideal for monitoring of heating or lighting circuits, control of pump draining, monitoring of electromagnetic brakes or clutches, and DC motor overspeed control.

Monitoring Relays

Zelio three-phase and single-phase monitoring relays protect motors and other loads against faults. Applications include:

• Control for connection of moving equipment, such as agricultural equipment and refrigerated trucks
• Control for protection of persons and equipment against the consequences of reverse running (handling, elevators, escalators, etc.)
• Protection of electronic or electromechanical devices against over- and undervoltage
• Power supply switching.

Liquid Level Relays

Zelio liquid level relays monitor the levels of conductive liquids.They control the actuation of pumps or valves to regulate levels, and are also suitable for protecting submersible pumps against running empty, or protecting tanks from “overflow”. They can also be used to control dosing of liquids in mixing processes and to protect heating elements in the event of non-immersion.
