Annual Maintenance Agreement
To afford you the maximum protection for your equipment, Schneider
Electric offers an annual agreement to help maintain and prevent
problems with your automation and related equipment. By scheduling
your maintenance in advance you are better able to control
your expenses and since you process only purchase order per
contract period you also significantly reduce administrative
costs.
Flex-time Maintenance Agreement
The flex-time service agreement guarantees a factory-trained
field service engineer will be available to support
your Schneider Electric automation equipment whenever
needed. Hours of on-site service are purchased up
front, typically in 24 or 48 hour blocks, with no
minimum service charges applied. The first four hours
of travel are free. This program is designed to provide
maximum protection at a minimum cost.
