• Operating system: Avoid patch 834707-SP1 (corrected by patch 890175) and patch 896358 which causes display problems with Online Help; Service Pack 2 or higher recommended
• TCP/IP protocol installed
• 128 MB or higher of RAM
• 100 MB of available hard drive space
