As a world leader in patents for embedded software in resistance welding, Schneider Electric has developed numerous applications for resistance welding, press clutch brake control and press automation.

Some of our most innovative engineering solutions have been developed for the automotive industry, including a weld timer to control voltage and current for weld gun tips and safety gate boxes for monitored power applications that provide safe access to equipment for maintenance in a robot weld cell.

We’ve also developed a unique pressure leakage detection solution for automotive air conditioning systems that has significantly reduced vehicle recalls and repairs.
