For customers who want to outsource panel development and are seeking a local control panel solution that better aligns with their specific business needs, we have a network of Authorized Panel Builders and Topbuilder Panel Builders familiar with our quality standards. In order to provide the solution that is best to a customer, every request is reviewed to determine if the business is best served by our network or if we should handle the project.

Custom Engineered Panels

The Custom Engineered Panels Group within the ISC is dedicated to building custom, repetitive, low voltage control and power distribution panels per the customers’ specifications. Our expertise and experience allow us to:

• Convert a custom assembly in to a “standard” product that can be delivered in a streamlined just-in-time process meeting your needs and insuring you quality, consistency and efficiency.
• Propose enclosures to the sizes and colors that your customer requires.
  Provide panels with the smallest possible footprint
• Assemble panels that meet the applicable codes and standards: UL, CUL, CSA, NEC, NFPA, SEMI, NEMA, IEC, CE…
• Leverage the large array of Schneider Electric products to provide a design that meets the technical specifications
• Deliver first-time prototypes that look like production quality using electronic design software like Autocad and Inventor 3D but also Mechanical Desktop, Pro-E.
• Design IEC and NEMA controls, power distribution panels, custom drives.
